APPLE DEVICE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL DIGITIZER SCREEN REPAIRS

Warranty Policy

Defects of the Screen we put on the Device. Examples Are: Ghost Touching, Dead Spots on the digitizer, digitizer separating from the screen if device was not bent at original repair. If screen separates from device: DO NOT FORCE SCREEN DOWN. If you force screen down the screen could cracked which would void your warranty. Bring into location and have it fixed under your warranty. Our warranty covers the part and the installation fee will apply after 120 Days.

Warranty Policy DOES NOT Cover

Warranty is Voided if Screen is Cracked in any way
Warranty is Voided if Device has Water Damage
Installation fee of Warranty part after 120 Days

Serial Number must match device of original Repair
Must give Customer info so we can store Serial # to match your Device
Must Have Receipt and email on file
Installation Fee will apply after 120 Days

IMPORTANT: WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED IF YOUR SCREEN IS CRACKED OR THE DEVICE HAS WATER DAMAGE.

INVISIBLE SHIELD WARRANTY

InvisibleShield warranty replacement program provides 2 options.

Warranty Policy

Option 1 – We are happy to provide an invisibleSHIELD replacement by simply paying for the installation of the shield here at a ZAGG franchise where we are a certified installation center.

Option 2 – You can have your invisibleSHIELD replaced through the ZAGG corporate online program, by calling 1-800-700-9244, a corporate customer service representative will be happy to help you get that replaced. (A shipping fee of 7.99 will be charged and you will have to install the film yourself.
